This PR enhances the model card for Archer2.0 by:

• Adding pipeline_tag: text-generation, library_name: transformers, and tags: - code-generation to the metadata for improved discoverability and to enable the automated "Use in Transformers" widget.
• Including the full paper abstract under a new "Abstract" section to provide comprehensive information about the research.
• Clarifying the paper title and providing a direct link to the Hugging Face paper page at the top of the model card.

All existing relevant sections, including the GitHub repository link, project page, and technical instructions from the GitHub README, have been preserved.
