There are already plenty of great options available for 1.5B models... VibeVoice is 1.5B and VoxCPM is also 1.5B
We got CosyVoice 3 before GTA VI
The thing is that we don't have options for multilingual at higher size, to have emotion or expresiveness support for example, VibeVoice is cool, but only english and korean I think.
Check out IndexTTS2
It has lots of demo examples too. It has multilingual and emotional vectors. Some people actually like it more than CosyVoice.
Sadly is not multilingual. It’s “multilingual” because it supports English and Chinese I think, but no Spanish, French, German and others like Cosy
