Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.

This PR adds the image-to-3d pipeline tag to the model card's metadata to help users discover MetaView in the corresponding category on the Hugging Face Hub. It also adds a quick-start usage section with CLI instructions from the GitHub repository and the citation information.
